This year it will return to Asia on Tuesday November 14th to Wednesday 16th, 2023 at Marina Bay Sands in Singapore. World of Allocators is HerValue mentorship program’s exclusive advisory committee institution. World of Allocators (WOA), also known as Capital Allocators China (CAC) is operated by Shanghai Ziben Consulting Management Limited and is the official licensee of the podcast program “Capital Allocators” by Ted Seides in China. WOA/CAC was established in 2020 with the goal of promoting the long-termism and endowment approach of investment in the asset management industry in China. WOA/CAC is an investor community for those who are eager to share and learn, and it serves as a bridge between domestic and overseas practitioners.

Tsinghua University Schwarzman College has greatly supported HerValue in selecting qualified mentees for its mentorship program. Schwarzman Scholars is designed to meet the challenges of the 21st century and beyond. It was inspired by the Rhodes Scholarship, which was founded in 1902 in an effort to promote international understanding and peace. Schwarzman Scholars supports up to 200 Scholars annually from the U.S., China, and around the world for a one-year master’s in global affairs at Beijing’s Tsinghua University — ranked first in Asia as an indispensable base for China’s political, business, and technological leadership. Scholars chosen for this highly selective program will live in Beijing for a year of study and cultural immersion — attending lectures, traveling around the region, and developing a better understanding of China. Admissions opened in the fall of 2015 with outstanding success, immediately making Schwarzman Scholars one of the world’s most selective graduate and fellowship programs.

Tsinghua University x-lab is another academic partner institution to HerValue. Tsinghua x-lab is an educational platform fostering creativity, innovation, and entrepreneurship since April 25, 2013. The platform, with three core dimensions: education, cultivation and eco-construction, is committed to developing a feasible and structured supporting system to the the whole innovation process from creating ideas, to making porotypes, and to commercialization. Rooted in the Tsinghua University School of Economics and Management (Tsinghua SEM), Tsinghua x-lab is the joint project of Tsinghua SEM and 15 schools and departments of Tsinghua University, including Environment, Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, Materials Science and Engineering, Information Science and Technology, Aerospace Engineering, Law, Arts & Design, Public Policy & Management, Engineering Physics, Electrical Engineering, Medicine, Journalism and Communication, Natural Sciences, and Education.

A mentorship program on a philantrophic basis that provides the content and framework used in the mentorship process. It lasts from fall to spring semster that match-make senior investment leaders to students from various discipline with an passion and goal to become an investor in China. Each year intake include 10 to 20 students, mentors in Beijing and Shanghai.

辅导计划作为公益项目为愿意参与到其中的行业资深投资领袖和立志成为投资人的学生牵线搭桥，提供辅导话题和框架。辅导计划周期为秋季学期开学到春季学期结束。每年协助常驻与北京和上海的10到20位学生和导师。

Voluntary time committment from both mentors and mentees. Required for mentors and mentees make to the program kick-off and concluding meetings. Clear leadership or technical goal-setting by the mentee and advice as well as approach to diverse investment and operations should be provided by the mentor.

辅导时间投入无硬性标准。但需导师和学生加入辅导计划启航和毕业会议。学生需设置清晰的领导力或者业务能力发展目标，导师需提供有建设性的指导来帮助学生实现发展目标，并分享多元化投资和管理理念。

HerValue will provide a series of mentorship questions, discussion topics that can help guide the voluntary mentorship meetings throughout the program. Check-ins will be scheduled basis on needs.

她价值会提供一套辅导计划相关的问题和探讨话题来帮助导师和学生构思辅导内容。她价值会不定时跟进和协助辅导计划。

Mentor requirements include must be in an investment capacity or a senior leader within the investment platform (for example a member of investment committee, management committee, capital allocation, or risk committee); must be based in Beijing or Shanghai; must have a strong passion for women empowerment and diversity in investment.

导师必须是在投资岗位或者是投资平台的领导人(例如投资，管理，资本配置，或者风险管理委员会成员）；必须常驻北京或者上海；必须对女性赋能和多元化投资抱有热情。

Mentees must be in their final year of undergraduate study or first year of master study with no full-time work background; must have a passion, goal, plan to become an investor in China; must be currently based in Beijing or Shanghai; must have an open-mind and a self-starter. 2023 intake targets students from Tsinghua, Peking, and Fudan University. Intermediate level of Mandarin and English is required. No specific major requirements, welcome students from all majors.

学生必须在本科最后一年或者研究生第一年并无全职工作经验；必须对成为一个投资人有热情，目标和计划；必须现居北京或者上海；必须有一个能接纳新理念的学习心态，并且特别自主。2023年9月启航学生选择范围来自清华，北大，和复旦。有一定程度的普通话和英语听，说能力。对学生专业没有要求，欢迎不同专业学生的参与。

May to June will recruit qualifying mentors and mentees with application completed.

五月和六月招募适合的导师和学生，采集导师和学生的信息和想法。

July will conduct final selection review of admitted intake.

七月筛选最终的导师和学生。

August will match make mentors and mentees basis on application response.

September will have mandatory kick-off meeting. June of the following year wil have mandatory concluding meeting.

九月开学时举办必须参加的项目启航会议。来年六月举办必须参加的项目毕业会议。

Committee members reviews mentor, mentee material; makes final mentor, mentee selection; match-make mentor and mentees.

委员会成员审阅，最终选择参与导师和学生，并牵线搭桥适合的配对。
